About Ballotbox
Ballotbox is an online voting platform built and operated by Vibe Tribe Organisation. We started it because too many associations, schools and communities still run elections with paper ballots, hand-counted tally sheets and results nobody can verify. We believe choosing your leaders — and celebrating your people — should be simple, affordable and beyond dispute.
Run formal elections with candidate manifestos and registered voters, or awards events with public nominations and free or paid voting. Voters get private receipts, results come with official sheets, and every action is recorded in a tamper-evident activity log.
Student associations, alumni groups, professional bodies, churches, clubs, schools and community organisations — anyone who needs a fair vote without hiring an election company. Free for up to 30 voters, and priced so small groups can afford it.
One ballot per registered voter. Receipts that let voters confirm their ballot was counted without revealing their choice. Read-only observer links for independent watchers. Results that are computed the same way, every time, and can be exported as official reports.
Vibe Tribe Organisation is a Ghanaian team building practical tools for communities. We answer our own support line — when you write to Ballotbox, you reach the people who built it.
